Join me in a private Facebook group for a week-long challenge designed to keep you accountable and help you make lasting changes. How can I sign up for health coaching?
Signing up is easy! Simply click the “Book Now” button next to the services listed above. Alternatively, you can visit my Facebook or Instagram profiles and click “Book Now” to schedule your session.
What if I’m not sure?
Not sure if coaching is the right fit? No problem! I offer a free 15-minute consultation (found in the services above) where we can chat about your goals, expectations, and how I can support you as your coach. It’s a great way to see if we’re a good match before committing.
I can’t commit to an hour on my computer!
No worries – I offer flexible ways for us to connect! While Google Meet or Facebook Messenger are the most common, we can also do a phone call if that works better for you. If you prefer, I’m happy to have a longer text message conversation as well!
How long do sessions last?
Most health coaching sessions last about one hour, but I’m happy to adjust the length to fit your needs. Each session type has a different duration, and you’ll find timing details when you book.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Once you book your appointment, I’ll send you a welcome packet that includes a health history questionnaire, a coaching agreement, and a few other forms to complete before our first session. This helps ensure we’re both ready to make the most of our time together.
How does payment work?
All bookings and payments are processed through Square. When you click the “Book Now” button on my website, Facebook, or Instagram, you’ll be directed to Square where you can easily schedule your session and make payment.
